Whilst specific delivery dates cannot be guaranteed, If you have an ideal delivery date or deliver by latest date then please do email us at sales@clivewalkertimber.co.uk making reference to your order number and post code. Even if you don't email us we will contact you to book in your delivery once we have downloaded your order. With many thanks for your custom.

Delivery arrangements may be made for a certain date within business hours only (07.30hrs to 16.30 hrs Mon to Fri except bank holidays). We are sometimes able to offer a Saturday delivery to destinations within 19 miles of LS10, these spaces are limited, especially in the spring and summer months so as much advanced warning as possible is much appreciated. Unfortunately we do not offer a Sunday delivery service. We want to help you to get your project started and finished as quickly as possible. We can normally deliver ex stock goods very quickly after confirmed payment, sometimes next day but usually within 3 working days. Please feel free to call us if you have a delivery date you need to meet and we'll always do our best to help.

Please note: (i - vii)

1. Please note that arrangements need to be in place for someone to sign for your goods on the day. This can be an extended family member or trusted neighbour. Without this our courier is under instruction not to leave the goods and we may require a re-delivery payment before re-issuing the goods. Please feel free to contact us for assistance in such scenarios.
2. We offer roadside delivery only. It is worth considering where heavy goods are involved that you may require some help once the goods have been dropped.
3. We can not guarantee hiab crane off-load and in such cases our drivers will require assistance.
4. Please also make a note at time of ordering if there are any restricted access issues to your address - as alternative arrangements may need to be made
5. We are able to deliver outside of the areas on the schedule below but please contact us for a price first - as it may not always be economical.
6. Please ensure your contact information is correct and that there is at least one telephone number we may contact you on to finalise delivery arrangements.
